I am well versed at DIY so I know how to use a driver and screws. These screws are cheap and the head snapped off one of them, leaving the rest of the screw stuck in the wood. The horizontal track for the arm is sadly made of plastic and does not account for doors that open even slightly more than 90 degrees, where the ball hits the door and leaves a mark. Such a shame! I'm using it, and it works, but it looks funky with the fact I had to use mismatched screws and one hole is empty due to half the screw being stuck in the wood and not being able to screw into it. I'll take it for now but rather disappointed...
