    I'm very happy with the functionality, durability, and rustic handmade look of these hooks, though "handmade" does mean that the screw holes are not aligned with perfect consistency, and one of the hooks was missing holes altogether. The seller did refund for that. But communication overall was a bit terse and perfunctory. When I pointed out that a 4-pack was priced at more than 4 times the price of a single hook, seller made no correction (I just bought 12 singles).
